Who Can Join?
To sign up for the PADI Emergency First Response Course, you must:
• Be at least 10 years old.
• Complete all required registration paperwork.
• Have guardian permission if you are under 18.
• Be physically able to perform all skills.
• Finish online registration and complete quick quizzes before training begins.
Course Structure
The course runs over two days. It blends engaging theory with hands-on training for real-world readiness.
• Primary Care (CPR): Learn to respond to life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, severe bleeding, shock, or spinal injuries.
• Secondary Care (First Aid): Gain skills to treat sprains, burns, minor wounds, and other non-life-threatening conditions.
• Practical Training: Practise CPR on a manikin, apply bandages, and use splints during realistic scenarios.
• Online Learning: Access the PADI E-manual anywhere and study at your own pace before your sessions.
